PUPPY APPLICATION FORM

If you are interested in owning one of our puppies, please start by filling out information in the boxes below and submitting it with a non-refundable application fee of $135.  This fee is not included in the cost of the puppy as it is applied to the NC sales tax.  

*These puppies do not come with breeding rights, and thus have a pet only/limited registration with the AKC.

Please also include the following information in the message area:

• Your address
• Desired gender
• If you have any strong color preference
• A little about yourself and the environment the puppy will come home to, including other animals.
• Are there children in the home, if so, ages?
• Your occupation.
• Is this your first dog or Golden Retriever?
• When is the easiest time for you to be reached, and what is your preferred method of contact.
• How did you learn about us?

Once we receive your application and associated fee you will be put on the litter waiting list.  We will let you know once the puppies are born and will be glad to send pictures and video updates as they grow.  Payment can be made via Zelle(preferred), check, or cash.  Checks may be used if it is received the week prior to pickup day.
