PUPPY APPLICATION FORM

Total amount of Carolina Breeders Family Puppies: $175 application fee + $2,500 for puppy, + sales tax $168.75.

Getting your puppy should be a wonderful experience, full of great pictures and videos. From the day the puppies are born, it is our goal to be in touch. The puppies come first, but we do make communication a priority as we know it is part of the bonding process between you and your new family member. We aim to be in touch weekly.

We try to share about ourselves through our website and we do welcome conversation. We hope you will freely share about yourself as well. Applications need to be fully completed and extra information shared. As a responsible breeder, we need to have confidence that these precious puppies are going to the best home for them, and we need to know something about the lives they will have. We love to keep in touch with our puppy families and hope this is the first step to a great friendship. Please wait to pay the application fee until you have heard from us regarding your application. It may take up to 48 hours for approval and we may call you.

Once approved, the next step is to submit the application fee of $175, and this will reserve a puppy for you from the litter. Payments can be made through our payment page or with Zelle, using the name Tonya Kim and phone number 828-817-2177. Checks may also be used. Our preferred payment option is Zelle, as there is no transaction fee.

We encourage you to visit the puppies when they are 5-6 weeks of age, as this is when their little personalities are becoming more evident and their immune systems are stronger. This is also when most people choose their puppy, so we offer appointments in the order of application, but you can choose which appointment works best for you. However, if it is love at first sight, you can pay for your puppy at any time and that puppies is reserved.

Once you have chosen your puppy, and verified that the puppy is still available; then the payment of $2,668 is paid, ($2,500 + $168.00 tax). This payment reserves the puppy for you and others will be notified that this puppy is no longer available.

If more then one person desires the same puppy, priority is given to those who paid their application fee first. If more then one person desires the same puppy, priority is given to the family who paid their application fee first. All payments must be completed once it is determined which puppy will be yours, Prior to pick up day.

A health record including; veterinary visit, and date of vaccination will all be sent home in their puppy folder on pick up day in their AKC puppy folder. This folder includes a litter certificate, vaccination record, veterinary record, bill of sale, and papers for registration with the AKC. Puppies are de-wormed at two, four, six, and eight weeks. Puppies are also given a goodie bag that includes a couple toys and a blanket with their mother and litter mates sent on it. Please know that we do not offer breeding rights, and there is this restriction with the AKC.
