PUPPY APPLICATION FORM

If you are interested in one of our puppies, please start by filling out the application below and submitting it.  This is our opportunity to learn more about you and the home the puppy will be going home to. Copy and paste this into the message section and fill in the answers. Please share plenty about yourself to help us get to know you better.

The application fee of $135 is paid after we have  received the application and responded to you.  Once approved,  the application fee reserves a puppy from this litter. 

*These puppies do not come with breeding rights, and thus have a pet only/limited registration with the AKC.

You are welcome to send in an application at any time, we will usually respond within 24 hours.  We do reserve Saturday as our day of rest, so responses will resume on Sunday.
